Learn to adapt poses to heal and prevent injuries and to create the right circumstances to facilitate optimal healing, and release stress, tension, and pain.
In a fun, safe, and supportive environment, we will work with poses to strengthen and create flexibility to stabilize the body. Pranayama (breath work) designed to help move through pain, tension, anxiety and stress. Finally using visualization (Bhavana) and meditation for deep relaxation and healing.

Susan E. Raglin aka Anasuya is a L.M.U. Yoga Rx Therapist, has her E-RYT 500 Hour registration with Yoga Alliance, and is a Certified Prime of Life Yoga Teacher. She is a member of the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and the Samata International Yoga Center. She has been teaching Yoga for over 30 years in the greater Los Angeles area. She has worked with such clients as DreamWorks, Esalen Retreat Center, and was the Director of Yoga at the J.Paul Getty Center. She is currently teaching at Yoga Blend in Burbank.
