Looking for bliss but instead finding bleh? Everyone knows that stress can be greatly reduced with a consistent yoga practice. But even the most practiced of yogis can still experience it in their everyday lives. If you’ve had trouble sleeping, a lack of energy, stomach aches, headaches, anxiety, restlessness you may have excess stress in your life.
Restorative yoga is likened to a yoga nap. Supported by bolsters, blankets and props students will settle their bodies and relax more easily. Poses are held for 15-20 minutes which allows time for the body and mind to let go.
Hypnosis is a state of concentrated awareness and relaxation where one is more open to suggestion. Transformation happens on the unconscious level of the mind and with hypnosis we can access it directly to produce the changes we want. In this workshop hypnotic suggestions will be formulated specifically for stress relief and relaxation.
