New to Yoga? Wondering what class you should you take? Have an injury? Need more energy? Want strength & flexibility? Looking to reduce stress?
Then this is the workshop is for you! We will cover the basics of yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath control) and asana (yoga postures). It is a great workshop for those wanting to learn more about yoga before taking their first class. It is also an excellent overview for newer or current students.
We will be moving so be prepared with:
A mat (or you can use ours)
Clothes you can move in
Water and a towel
Any and all questions
An open heart and mind!
Bekah has been teaching Yoga since 2004 and at Yoga Blend since our opening in 2005. She is the studio general manager, a mother and a passionate spiritual seeker and student. She loves to share Yoga and the many ways it can enhance and heal our bodies, minds, relationships, lives and the world.
